Fridays Work Out
Sky Rocketing squat! I've put 15 pounds on my squat personal best, but 4 weeks ago I wasn't even close to 405. I am excited to see what another couple of weeks will do for me.

A bit sore, but loving the new program! My advice......Squat with as much weight as you can, for as many singles, doubles, and triples as you can, as often as you can. Get Confident, Get Serious.
